Shell 01:58
SHELL I stand alone in deep silence The body complains and I stop Listening to my self I keep quiet And after a while I move on Swimming against the tide Without knowing why. Don't you know why? like a precious clam I need to change the shell If I want to survive I need another place to be free to be blown by the wind I need another place to resist to be just what it is I need another place do be free Just to see what it is I need another place to resist to be just what it is I need another place to be free And after a while be another one be the same

5.
Raindrops 03:47
Raindrops Raindrops into my heart break down walls that prison my soul Solid hiding place Suddenly there is light And I finally breath Raindrops in my heart Washing fears away away Always in my heart Now sing everywhere Why I missed myself? How to find me again In so many years in the same way Why I missed myself? Can I find me again? In so many years wating for Life is amazing seeds of light Holding Strength ready to grow Everywhere

about

Os olhos escutam, a alma canta is the third album by singer and songwriter Tarita de Souza. The concept of the album was to bring the music production process closer to the language of photocollage, by adding layers and using different materials, thus creating textures. The artist’s idea was to create “music that would lead listeners to images and that could also awaken other senses”, since the inspiration for the compositions came from this imagery universe.
In the album, there are six songs arranged in pairs, done in partnership with three different music producers: Conrado Goys, Rodrigo Bragança and André Mehmari. In addition to the co-producers, Tatiana Parra (voice), Alisson Amador (vibraphone) and Jacira de Souza (lyrics in Passageira Clandestina), also participate in the project.
